Seated Casual Tea Ceremony
Enjoy macha green tea and wagashi (Japanese sweets) served in the style of Omotesenke, Urasenke, and Mushakojisenke schools.
Feel free to join even if it's your first time to tea ceremonies.

Authentic Tea Ceremony Experience
If you book the "Sakai Tai-an Special Viewing Set," you can experience a Japanese tea ceremony in Muichi-an, a 4.5 tatami room open only on certain days and times.
"Muichi-an" is a reconstruction of the tearoom Hideyoshi Toyotomi used for the Grand Kitano Tea Ceremony. Along with the viewing of "Sakai Tai-an," reconstructed from the national treasure, "Tai-an," enjoy a tea experience only available at Sakai Plaza of Rikyu and Akiko.
